We recently had these awesome RayBan-esque sunglasses made (thank you Roxanne Love) in neon orange and green with "Westmont Warriors" printed on the side. We sold them at Westmont baseball and archery summer camps for $5. We also had a mid-summer check-in last week where we did some oh so fun fitness, had lunch, pla
yed soccer, and were given our first opportunity to fundraise as a TEAM. We went to Von's grocery store in downtown Montecito where we split up and stood outside both entrances selling sunglasses, singing, juggling the soccer ball, and gratefully accepting donations. In just the one hour we were there we made roughly $200! So, THANK YOU to all the girls who were able to come up, down, or out to Santa Barbara and help jumpstart fundraising for our Africa 2010 trip!
